Leonard Crow Dog Speaks

Retired FBI agent Joe Trimbach, the author of American Indian Mafia, says that the AIM militant Leonard Crow Dog is worried that the remains of people murdered by the American Indian Movement (AIM) during the 1973 occupation of Wounded Knee might be discovered buried in the ruins of the village:

In one of his more lucid moments, AIM's peace-loving spiritual advisor, Leonard Crow Dog, warned that at least seven spirits haunt the village ruins. He urged a land purchase of the area in order to prevent a gastly discovery. To illustrate, Crow Dog drew lines in the sand while explaining to this Indian, "There's a Mexican, an Italian, a black man, three white women..." Could these be the forgotten souls AIM leaders do not want people to know about? Was it feared their departure might compromise internal security, should they decide to cooperate with authorities once safely inside a hospital recovery room?...With the possible exception of [the black man] Ray Robinson, the deaths remain mysteries (American Indian Mafia p. 323).

Disinformation to cover up the 70 plus people murdered by the Goons at Pine Ridge. One should also believe a retired FBI thug writing about AIM, about as much as an neo-nazi writing about Black People.

Leonard Crowdog is not the "legend" of Pineridge . The legend are the Oglala People who lived there and Leonard Crowdog who "helped" them. Not is a legend today in 2010 . I am a Oglala and the "spirits" said to me Leonard Crowdog is not the Legend -the people are!The Oglala People had very hard times and needed help . Why does he ride like tune of happiness, when the Oglala people need help today , like for one thing better types food and more community help for the elders!! Signed, Fed Up

The information about Indian people murdered by FBI goons was published in 1985 in a Soviet KGB-sponsored journal called the Covert Action Information Bulletin.

This was Soviet-sponsored propaganda written by Ward Churchill, a liar.

Crow Dog is a violent criminal. I believe the Indians who are telling what Crow Dog did.

The testimony of Indian witnesses appears in the book "American Indian Mafia" by John and Joe Trimbach.

I think the AIM killed people and blamed the FBI.

Churchill claims he got the statistic that 342 Indains were killed from Candy Hamilton, who was one of the last people to see her "friend" Anna Mae Aquash alive.

The KGB specializes in propaganda that defames American agencies such as the FBI, CIA, Army.

I believe the FBI, not the KGB, Ward Churchill, or Crow Dog.

Ray Robinson was not killed. He was hit on the head and left on the trail with a group smuggling weapons into Wounded Knee. He survived and went on the road claiming he had been wounded at Wounded Knee.
