Earth to Dean: Read Mein Kampf!

"[T]ell'em they should snuff themselves, as well as the kid, and do the planet a real favor."--Ward Churchill
Professor Saitta has posted comments on PirateBallerina saying that he is offended that some people criticize Ward Churchill on the Internet using "hats" [video] instead of their names. Professor Saitta even wants Churchill's anonymous opponents [video] to identify themselves to him. He promises that he won't sell them out [video].
Firstly, Professor Saitta has a double standard because he doesn't seem scandalized that Ward Churchill often hides his identity even in his professional writing, not to mention when he prowls the Internet.
Secondly, Churchill makes threats and is a violent person [video], so people who criticize him often don't tell their real names. They won't be trusting Professor Saitta any time soon.
Perhaps Professor Saitta has not experienced the arrogant, duplicitous, con-artist Ward Churchill up close and personal [video], but hasn't he even read the violent language Churchill uses when he writes about wives and even children?[video] Ward Churchill doesn't only say that the "Little Eichmanns" deserve to die.
In his essay, "I Am Indigenist," Ward Churchill writes that American mothers should "snuff" their children and themselves to "do the planet a real favor." Maybe Professor Saitta should think about his own sweet wife and child when he reads Churchill's terroristic threats:
"Every yuppie born counts as much as another seventy Chinese...Lay that one on the next soccer mom who approaches you with a baby stroller and an outraged look, demanding that you to put your cigarette out, eh? It is plainly absurd for any American to complain about smoking when you consider the context of the damage done by overall U.S. consumption patterns. Tell ’em you’ll put the butt out when they snuff the kid and not a moment before. Better yet, tell ’em they should snuff themselves, as well as the kid, and do the planet a real favor. Just “kidding” (heh-heh)."
Ward Churchill admits in writing that he physically abused the late Leah Kelly, his young Indian wife, while she was a student at the University of Colorado:
"I broke and slammed [my wife] back against our bedroom wall, telling her that if she kept it up, she’d be apt to land in a hospital."---Ward Churchill
"Rhonda Kelly...mentioned that Ward Churchill tried to push her sister and Ward’s deceased wife, Leah Kelly, from a moving car. Rhonda also claimed that Ward did this to his first wife as well." ["Grant Crowell" 1-10-07 comment to "Stepping off the Deep End"]
More "scholarly" thoughts about how to handle young wives can be found here.
Ward Churchill often fantasizes about strangling politicians he doesn't like; and when his "delightful visions" escalate, he tells people that they should "rise up" and hang their elected leaders so the terrorists won't attack our country.
Ward Churchill has written incredibly rich, detailed, elaborate, and violent fantasies which climax in the act of murder.
Here is Ward Churchill, chasing his dream:
"[R]everies of malignant toads like Henry Kissinger, Madeleine Albright and Jesse Helms squatting in the shadows of the gallows are simply too pleasant to be suppressed." [2003 Introduction to Churchill's book Acts of Rebellion; cited by Bruce Fein, "Professorship not a License" 2-15-05]
"I have these delightful visions which is what puts me to sleep at night of Madeleine Albright, Jesse Helms, and Henry Kissinger all in a nice neat little row with nooses around their necks and... And the current crop is amply entitled to the same destiny as far as I'm concerned. Do I think anybody's going to do it? Well, that's an interesting question. Who would be doing it? There's only one possible answer: you. We. Us."..." [audio]---Ward Churchill 3-25-05
"Were the opportunity acted upon in some reasonably good faith fashion – a sufficiently large number of Americans rising up and doing whatever is necessary to force an immediate lifting of the sanctions on Iraq, for instance, or maybe hanging a few of America's abundant supply of major war criminals (Henry Kissinger comes quickly to mind, as do Madeline [sic, Madeleine] Albright, Colin Powell, Bill Clinton and George the Elder) – there is every reason to expect that military operations against the US on its domestic front would be immediately suspended." [Ward Churchill, "Some People Push Back."]
If you go to Ward Churchill's famous 9-11 essay, "Some People Push Back: On the Justice of Roosting Chickens," Wardo divines that in 1996 Madeleine Albright "responded" to the 1998 remarks of a UN official named Denis Halliday!.....Odd.....How did Albright ever manage to respond to Halliday two years before---as Ward Churchill claims---Halliday's "statements appeared in the New York Times and other papers during the fall of 1998."
This blog has many examples of Churchill's mendacity, violent rhetoric, and violent actions. My first post is called "342 Indians."
