National Research Council Reviews the FBI's Anthrax Investigation

On August 18, 2008, The FBI gave a science briefing about the anthrax investiation.

The Frederick News-Post Online (9-25-09) is reporting that the National Research Council is studying "the science behind the investigation of the anthrax mailings, also known as Amerithrax."

The National Academies has posted (9-25-09) a review conducted by the National Research Council of the scientific approaches used by the FBI in its investigation of the 2001 anthrax mailings (Amerithrax Investigation):
