Where's Wardo? (Ward Churchill, that is!)

Leonard Peltier, who viciously and callously executed two young, badly-wounded FBI agents on June 26, 1975, has been denied parole.

News From Indian Country has the story and an informative page with a series of articles about Leonard Peltier. NFIC notes a really important point on that page:

Many of the most revealing updates on Leonard Peltier can be found in the Annie Mae Pictou Aquash time lines and information that has emerged since 2004.

But where's Wardo? So far, I don't think that the dishonest and discredited ex-professor Ward Churchill, reportedly a "past national spokesperson for the Leonard Peltier Defense Committee," has used his free speech to support Leonard Peltier before or after his parole hearing!

How come Wardo, who claims he is for "free speech," wasn't (and isn't) in Leonard Peltier's corner this year? Wardo's silence is especially strange since Wardo has claimed in the media and in one of his "scholarly" books that he was driving across Pine Ridge Indian reservation soon after the FBI agents were murdered and was an eywitness to the FBI manhunt.

Today (August 30, 2009), when I googled Ward Churchill and Peltier on Google News, I didn't get a single hit where Wardo supports Peltier.

This post came up first when I googled Ward Churchill and Peltier on the Web. But this article is not about Leonard Peltier at all; it's all about Wardo. It's a "Ward Churchill Trial Update" dated 3-7-09. On a Peltier site. Why do they care about Ward Churchill so much when he didn't use his free speech to support Leonard Peltier on their site or anywhere else on the Blogosphere?

In fact, when I scrolled down and searched for "Peltier" using the "find on this page" feature at the Blogspot site called Friends of Peltier, after first searching the blog for posts that mention "Churchill," I noticed that this "friends" of Leonard Peltier site seems to be constantly supporting Ward Churchill; but I can't find any posts on that site where Ward Churchill supports Leonard Peltier. [Click on this link to posts that mention Churchill, click on "edit" and seach for "Peltier" using the "find on this page" feature.] With friends like these, who needs enemies?

It seems to me that Leonard Peltier's best friend was really former FBI Agent Joe Trimbach, who suggested that Peltier might be parolled if he acknowleged his guilt, asked forgiveness, showed remorse, and cooperated fully with authorities on "other matters under investigation, including the Anna Mae Aquash murder." To bad for Mr. Peltier that he didn't listen to this good advice.

When the ignominious fraudster and discredited ex-professor Ward Churchill claimed in his dishonest book Agents of Repression (241) that the two FBI agents Peltier murdered died "Custer-like--in their self-made trap," he disparaged and denigrated these innocent young victims of terrorism in exactly the same way that he disparaged and denigrated the 9-11 victims as "little Eichmanns."

If people want to know the truth about Leonard Peltier and the leadership of the American Indian Movement (AIM), they should read American Indian Mafia: An FBI Agents True Story About Wounded Knee, Leonard Peltier and the American Indian Movement (AIM) by Special Agent in Charge Joseph H. Trimbach and his son John M. Trimbach.

Despite his big mouth, Churchill was an obscure white professor who masqueraded as an "Indian scholar" until he was catapulted onto the national stage after the media reported that he had called the 9-11 victims "Little Eichmanns" in a notorious September 12, 2001 essay called "Some People Push Back: On the Justice of Roosting Chickens."

Churchill's propagandistic article was full of omissions, errors, and very probably deliberate falsehoods. I don't think any professor has ever really fact-checked this essay, although it doesn't take a Ph.D. to see that Wardo's essay is riddled with errors.

I have fact-checked Churchill's ridiculous essay and have noted some faulty, illogical, and propagandistic arguments. "Scholar" Churchill can't even spell the names of the politicians he demands that the American public "rise up" and lynch for alleged baby-killing!

Although the media fixated on the fact that Wardo called the 9-11 victims "little Eichmanns, calling people Nazis is nothing new for "Wardo," who has long-denigrated some Indians he doesn't like and elected Indian leaders as "Vichi Indians" and "craven puppets" with "Quisling tendancies."

These smears don't have a lot of credibility with me because I know that Ward Churchill is a Quisling who cut his teeth writing articles for the KGB-sponsored "Covert Action Information Bulletin" (CAIB). In this KGB mouthpiece the Quisling Ward Churchill claimed that the FBI backed death-squads that murdered 342 Indians.

I think we can all probably guess who peer-reviewed those articles!

Read this KGB-sponsored propaganda [Covert Action Information Bulletin, Number 24 (Summer 1985), pp. 16-21] for yourself and decide who is the Quisling, Indians or the white man Ward Churchill.

Read more about the C.A.I.B. in my first post.

I saw it. Maybe he isn't proud of his blog, but I'm proud of my blog and all the Churchill/AIM lies I have exposed.

I'm proud of the publicity I have given the Trimbachs, too.

They are the real Indian rights advocates, not Wardo.

Thanks for those encouraging words. I feel so sad about what happened at Fort Hood.

Trimbach has written a recent article about how the money raised for the defense of Peltier is really enriching people. It's really a corrupt racket.

Churchill used to raise money "for Peltier" and after him a creep named Lee Hill was raising money "for Peltier."

I wrote about what Trimbachs say here.

Maybe we will hear more about that.

Trimbach wrote:

"For the last 30 years, Peltier has collected money from people all over the world who believe that he was unjustly convicted of the murders. Some estimates put the amount at over a hundred million dollars...Peltier has parlayed his Indian ancestry into a criminal enterprise by collecting money from unsuspecting donors under false pretense. The funds are supposed to be used for Peltier's defense and to "raise awareness" but apparently go to his friends and supporters."

Snapple Darlin'! Maybe Peltier will give the Perfesser the 15k he needs for his appeal since the Perfesser raised money for his defense. What do you think?
Hollar at me at my e-mail when you get a chance.
