What Wows the Great White Wardo?

(Periodically updated)

#1. Wet-dreams about strangling American politicians:

"[R]everies of malignant toads like Henry Kissinger, Madeleine Albright and Jesse Helms squatting in the shadows of the gallows are simply too pleasant to be suppressed." [2003 Introduction to Churchill's book Acts of Rebellion; cited by Bruce Fein, "Professorship not a License" 2-15-05]

#2. Drooling all over the pages of The New York Times obituaries as he confirms the demographics of the 9-11 victims:

"The New York Times shortly began publishing photos and biographical sketches of everyone who died in the Trade Center; I read every one of them, and the demography was about what I'd expected."

#3. "Kidding" about snuffing mothers and babies:

"Every yuppie born counts as much as another seventy Chinese...Lay that one on the next soccer mom who approaches you with a baby stroller and an outraged look, demanding that you to put your cigarette out, eh? It is plainly absurd for any American to complain about smoking when you consider the context of the damage done by overall U.S. consumption patterns. Tell ’em you’ll put the butt out when they snuff the kid and not a moment before. Better yet, tell ’em they should snuff themselves, as well as the kid, and do the planet a real favor. Just “kidding” (heh-heh)." ......and telling Americans to 'STOP KILLING [IRAQI] KIDS, IF YOU WANT YOUR OWN TO BE SAFE.'"

#4. Posturing as the 9-11 terrorists' spokesman and explaining their terms for suspending attacks on "Amerikkka":

"Were the opportunity acted upon in some reasonably good faith fashion – a sufficiently large number of Americans rising up and doing whatever is necessary to force an immediate lifting of the sanctions on Iraq, for instance, or maybe hanging a few of America's abundant supply of major war criminals (Henry Kissinger comes quickly to mind, as do Madeline Albright, Colin Powell, Bill Clinton and George the Elder) – there is every reason to expect that military operations against the US on its domestic front would be immediately suspended."

#5. Lying about and gloating over the staged, unprovoked ambush-murder of two unwitting FBI agents on the anniversary of Custer's Last Stand and blaming the victims:

"The reality, of course, was that Coler and Williams were vastly outgunned from the moment they commenced firing, although it is doubtful they realized it at the outset. Further, AIM [ie American Indian Movement] and its supporters had sufficient firepower available to tum back the initial attempts at reinforcement, sealing the two agents -- Custer-like -- in their self-made trap." [Agents of Repression 241]

#6. Reliving his violent physical assault on his wife and his threat of escalating violence, while blaming her alcoholism and his violence on the white man:

"I broke and slammed [my young Indian wife] back against our bedroom wall, telling her that if she kept it up, she’d be apt to land in a hospital."

#7. Publishing absurd lies in a Soviet/Cuban propaganda mouthpiece edited by a defector from the CIA, now resident in Cuba:

"[I]n the post-Wounded Knee context of South Dakota's Pine Ridge Lakota Reservation, independent researcher Candy Hamilton established that at least 342 AIM members and supporters were killed by roving death squads aligned with and supported by the FBI.

#8. House-hunting in Atlanta, GA; since in his teeny-tiny, green and slimy, black heart, the Great White Wardo knows he is history at CU (See Link)

#9. Delusional association of the death-squads that murdered people in the aftermath of Chile's 9-11 coup (9-11-73) to the fabricated, FBI-sponsored death-squads Churchill claims operated on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation during the 1970s.

Ward Churchill's book, The Cointelpro Papers: Documents from the FBI's Secret Wars Against Dissent in the United States [by Ward Churchill & Jim Vander Wall South End Press ISBN 0-89608-359-4 Chapter 7], makes an analogy between the supposed FBI-backed "murders" at Pine Ridge and the deaths after the 9-11-73 coup in Chile.

The beginning of Chapter 7 says:"During the 36 months roughly beginning with the end of Wounded Knee and continuing through the first of May 1976, more than sixty AIM members and supporters died violently on or in locations immediately adjacent to the Pine Ridge Reservation. A minimum of 342 others suffered violent physical assaults. 78. As Roberto Maestas and Bruce Johansen have observed: Using only these documented political deaths, the yearly murder rate on Pine Ridge Reservation between March 1, 1973, and Mardi 1, 1976, [note the lapsed English on this internet link] was 170 per 100,000. By comparison, Detroit, the reputed "murder capital of the United States," had a rate of 20.2 in 1974. The U.S. average was 9.7 per 100,000, with the range for large cities as follows: Detroit, 20.2; Chicago, 15.9; New York City, 163; Washington, D.C, 13.4; Los Angeles, 12.9; Seattle, 5.6; and Boston, 5.6. An estimated 20,000 persons were murdered in the United States in 1974. In a nation of 200 million persons, a murder rate comparable to that of Pine Ridge between 1973 and 1976 would have left 340,000 persons dead for political reasons in one year; 1.32 million in three. A similar rate for a city of 500,000 would have produced 850 political murders in a year, 2,550 in three. For a metropolis of 5 million the figures would have been 8,500 in one year and 25,500 in three ... The political murder rate at Pine Ridge between March 1, 1973, and March 1, 1976, was almost equivalent to that in Chile during the three years after the military coup supported by the United States deposed and killed President Salvador Allende ... Based on Chiles population of 10 million, the estimated fifty thousand persons killed in three years of political repression in Chile at the same time (1973/1976) roughly paralleled the murder rate at Pine Ridge. 79"

#10. Cannibalizing the true history of the Osage Indian Murders from the FBI he despises so much and fabricating a myth (BIG LIE) that claims that FBI backed death-squads on Pine Ridge during the 1970s that killed either 342 Indians or assaulted 342 Indians and killed 60, depending on his mouthpiece.

#11. "Kidding around" when he compares his media celebrity to the notorious, sadistic murder of JonBenet Ramsey, who probably was "snuffed" on 12-26-1996, Mao's birthday:

"After Churchill told students that one national broadcaster had advertised the e-mail addresses for members of the CU Board of Regents, encouraging people to sound off against Churchill, one of Churchill's students asked if he might put the addresses on the classroom blackboard, so that Churchill's students could also write the regents. Churchill allowed him to do so.
He also told his class he has received nearly 200 media interview requests in recent days.
"If there were five of me, I couldn't possibly keep up with it," Churchill said. 'And I'm not even JonBenet Ramsey.'",1983,DRMN_15_3516329_ARTICLE-DETAIL-PRINT,00.html+%22not+even+jonbenet+ramsey+%22ward+churchill&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=5

#12. Bragging that Maoist goon squads intimidated the journalist Charlie Brennan, who covers the never-ending Ward Churchill scandals for the Rocky Mountain News. Of course, it is possible that Churchill may have been indulging in some wishful fantasizing when he made this apocryphal boast about his Maoist devotees to the writer Joshua Franks:

"Both the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP) and its recent spin-off, the Maoist International Movement (MIM) have used their weekly papers to advance some of the best analysis of my case and its implications yet published. MIM has been especially consistent in putting its cadres on the street to do political education concerning my case, gathering signatures on petitions supporting me, and the like. This has led to some interesting results, to say the least.
One of the high points of my spring was when, unbeknownst to me at the time, a bunch of MIMsters cornered Rocky Mountain News reporter Charlie Brennan on the sidewalk outside the Women's Building in San Francisco -- he was there because I was speaking inside -- and told him he wasn't taking another step until he signed their petition supporting me. Man, I'd love to have seen the look on his face! They eventually cut him loose without signing, but let's just say he's stopped stalking me around the country -- he'd earlier shown up at a talk I gave at the University of Wisconsin's Whitewater campus, and a few other unlikely locations -- and I think the MIM people can take credit for his absence. Sooooo...
Thanks, comrades."
