In a 6-6-07 post titled "Attention Spies!" The Maoist Internationalist Movement (MIM) threatens Ward Churchill's critics:

"Your value to us grows less by the day, because once the regents vote for punishing Ward Churchill, your possible public opinion value to us will be much less. The wrong vote by the regents increases the likelihood that you will be deposed in court."

Actually, MIM, people are not "deposed in court." A deposition is testimony outside of court. Do'h!

The narcissistic MIM [video] is as ignorant about the law as Ward Churchill [video], who imagines that he can use the 9th amendment to take away other people's 1st Amendment rights.
