Senator Obama Believes That Communists Share!

"Barack Obama accused Republican rival John McCain on Wednesday of stooping to low tactics by labeling the Democrat a socialist. "I don't know what's next," Obama, the presidential candidate, said at an outdoor rally in North Carolina. "By the end of the week, he'll be accusing me of being a secret communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten. I shared my peanut butter and jelly sandwich."---AP (10-29-08)

The "joke" Senator Obama told yesterday promotes the myth that communists believe in sharing! Actually, communists believe in stealing and killing; they just call it "sharing" to fool people.

For example, on 10-20-81, communist Weather Underground members and other radicals robbed a Brinks' truck at the Nanuet Mall in Nanuet NY (near New York City) and stole people's money. They also murdered a Brinks guard named Peter Paige and two policemen, Edward O'Grady and Waverly Brown. A Brinks guard named Joe Trombino survived until he was killed on 9-11.

Were those communists sharing? It seems to me that they were helping themselves. Was the Weather Underground terrorist Bernardine Dohrn sharing when she stole the identities of young mothers shopping at "Broadway Baby," the store she managed while she was in hiding from law enforcement? According to an AP article titled "Phony Drivers' Licenses Traced to Defunct Child's Wear Shop" (2-16-82):

A defunct children's wear store where former Weather Underground leader Bernardine Dohrn once worked has figured in the investigation of the botched $1.6 million Brink's robbery. Police declined to say Tuesday what role was played by the store, which was named Broadway Baby. But The New York Times said the Upper West side store was the place where, in December 1979, two women paid for purchases by check and gave their drivers' licenses numbers as identification. Impostors then used the innocent women's names and numbers to obtain duplicate driver's licenses on the pretext that they had been lost. The duplicates served as identification for renting vans used in an aborted armored-car holdup in Greenburgh, N.Y., and in a successful $500,000 armored-car heist in Inwood, The Times said. The FBI, which has been speaking for the joint FBI-New York police task force investigating the $1.6 million Brink's holdup last October, in which two policemen and a guard were slain, declined to comment on the Times report.

According to an article titled "Barack Obama's Close Encounter with the Weather Underground" (10-27-08), Senator Obama was a student at Columbia in October 1981 when that robbery occurred; so he undoubtedly heard that the communist Weather Underground bank robbers and other radicals didn't share: they stole from the people and murdered a Brinks guard and two policemen.

Senator Obama was not in kindergarten in 1982 when "his neighbor" Bill Ayers' wife Bernardine Dohrn went to jail for refusing to testify against Susan Rosenberg about her involvement in the 10-20-81 Brinks robbery. According to the New York Times (2-10-85), in 1982 Dohrn "spent seven months in jail for refusing to cooperate with a grand jury investigating the 1981 Brink's robbery and murders."

Senator Obama ridicules Senator McCain for labelling him a socialist; but perhaps Senator McCain has read Senator Obama's book Dreams from My Father, which he wrote long after he finished kindergarten:

To avoid being mistaken for a sellout [during college], I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets. We smoked cigarettes and wore leather jackets. At night, in the dorms, we discussed neocolonialism, Franz Fanon, Eurocentrism and patriarchy.

Zombietime (10-27-08) comments:

To hear an mp3 audio clip of Obama himself speaking this passage about his Marxist friends, simply click here (right-click or control-click to to download the mp3).

"Franz" Fanon is actually Frantz Fanon, a 20th century psychiatrist and communist philosopher who is seen as the patron saint of Third World revolutionaries. And I think we can be quite sure Obama wasn't attacking Fanon and praising Eurocentrism; if you're even using words like "neocolonialism" and "patriarchy," it's obvious where your sympathies lie.

Perhaps Senator McCain wonders if Senator Obama is a socialist because, as Zombietime (10-27-08) notes:

...[T]he first political speech [Barack Obama] ever gave, was to a group at Occidental associated with the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) -- which itself had been the precursor to the Weather Undergound. (And this article also traces Obama's continued SDS connections, including a 2002 speech he gave at a rally organized by SDS veterans.) So, we know beyond any doubt that Obama was into Marxism and other far-left ideologies...

What Is the Extent of Senator Obama's Relationship with Weather Underground Bombers Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn?

"Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim's stomach! Wild!"---Weather Underground leader Bernardine Dohrn celebrating the murders orchestrated by Charles Manson

I have posted a series of articles detailing the research done by Stanley Kurtz [search] into Senator Obama's funding of radical educators. According to Kurtz, the money went to indoctrinate rather than educate Chicago's children.

Zombietime has just published an article titled "Barack Obama's Close Encounter with the Weather Underground" (10-27-08).

Jack Cashill has published an article titled "Science Points to Ayers Authorship of Obama's Dreams" (10-29-08). This article is the latest in a series of articles that make the case that Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers ghostwrote Senator Obama's memoir Dreams from My Father (1995).

Youtube has posted an interview with Larry Grathwohl, who infiltrated the Weather Underground. He describes the Weather Underground's plan to set up reeducation camps in the American Southwest and to eliminate 25 million people who refused to be reeducated. The interview appeared in the 1982 documentary No Place to Hide.

Larry Grathwohl, an FBI informant who infiltrated the terrorist Weather Underground Organization (WUO) in the late 1960s, published a book (as told to Frank Reagan) called Bringing Down America (1976). This book was published a year after Grathwohl testified about the WUO in the Senate on 10-18-74.

FOX News has just aired an interview with Larry Grathwohl (10-29-08). Grathwohl describes bombing plots hatched by Bill Ayers. Ayers wanted nails put in the bombs so they would kill more people. Grathwohl also claims that Bernardine Dorhn and Bill Ayers were involved in the 1970 bombing that killed a San Francisco policeman named Brian McDonnell.

Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn authored the communist revolutionary manifesto Praire Fire (1974) while they were underground.

Governor Palin Hung in Effigy for Halloween

"Tell ’em you’ll put the butt out when [American soccer moms] snuff the kid and not a moment before. Better yet, tell ’em they should snuff themselves, as well as the kid, and do the planet a real favor. Just 'kidding' (heh-heh)."--Disgraced ex-professor Ward Churchill

Some "artist" in Los Angeles has lynched Alaska's "hockey mom" Governor Palin in effigy for Halloween. It reminds me of the KKK, but they wore masks because they knew what they were doing was wrong. This "artist" is proud of his work.

This "art" reminds me of the Maoist Weather Underground saying they would need to eliminate 25 million Americans who couldn't be reeducated in concentration camps.

The lynching in effigy of Alaska's "hockey mom" reminds me of the ex-professor Ward Churchill "joking":

Every yuppie born counts as much as another seventy Chinese...Lay that one on the next soccer mom who approaches you with a baby stroller and an outraged look, demanding that you to put your cigarette out, eh? It is plainly absurd for any American to complain about smoking when you consider the context of the damage done by overall U.S. consumption patterns. Tell ’em you’ll put the butt out when they snuff the kid and not a moment before. Better yet, tell ’em they should snuff themselves, as well as the kid, and do the planet a real favor. Just “kidding” (heh-heh)." [See a slightly different version in Acts of Rebellion, p. 296.].

The effigy reminds me of Ward Churchill's other sayings:

[R]everies of malignant toads like Henry Kissinger, Madeleine Albright and Jesse Helms squatting in the shadows of the gallows are simply too pleasant to be suppressed." [2003 Introduction to Churchill's book Acts of Rebellion; cited by Bruce Fein, "Professorship not a License" 2-15-05]

"I have these delightful visions which is what puts me to sleep at night of Madeleine Albright, Jesse Helms, and Henry Kissinger all in a nice neat little row with nooses around their necks and... And the current crop is amply entitled to the same destiny as far as I'm concerned. Do I think anybody's going to do it? Well, that's an interesting question. Who would be doing it? There's only one possible answer: you. We. Us."..." [audio]---Ward Churchill 3-25-05

"Were the opportunity acted upon in some reasonably good faith fashion – a sufficiently large number of Americans rising up and doing whatever is necessary to force an immediate lifting of the sanctions on Iraq, for instance, or maybe hanging a few of America's abundant supply of major war criminals (Henry Kissinger comes quickly to mind, as do Madeline [sic] Albright, Colin Powell, Bill Clinton and George the Elder) – there is every reason to expect that military operations against the US on its domestic front would be immediately suspended." [Ward Churchill, "Some People Push Back."]

A Question for Senator Obama: Did Bill Ayers Ghostwrite Your Memoir "Dreams from My Father"?

"The evidence overwhelms the dispassionate observer that semi-retired terrorist Bill Ayers played a major role in the writing of Barack Obama’s memoir, Dreams From My Father."--Jack Cashill

Senator Obama told us that the terrorist Bill Ayers is just some English professor who lives in his neighborhood.

Actually, Bill Ayers is a Professor of Education. Senator Obama knows that because he wrote a glowing review of Bill Ayers' book, A Kind and Just Parent: The Children of Juvenile Court, in the Chicago Tribune (12-21-97). The terrorist professor Bill Ayers even mentioned Senator Obama on page 82 of this book as a "writer" who lives in his neighborhood.

A writer named Dr. Jack Cashill believes that Senator Obama may not be much of a writer after all, and that the Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers ghostwrote Senator Obama's memoir Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance (1995).

Here are Dr. Cashill's most recent articles. I have also written about and catalogued Dr. Cashill's articles about Dreams from My Father in a previous article.

UPDATE: See Dr. Cashill's article "Science Points to Ayers Authorship of Obama's Dreams" (10-29-08), a summary of his evidence called "Who wrote Dreams From My Father?" (10-29-08), and a World Net Daily article about Dr. Cashill's research titled "Experts Affirm: Ayers Wrote Obama's Memoir" (10-29-08).

See also an article titled "Fiction Fixer Evaluation of Dreams From My Father by Barack Obama and Fugitive Days by William Ayers" (10-27-08). Fiction Fixer is a computer program that can be used to compare literary works to settle questions of authorship. I am still trying to understand this article, but it seems that in the category called "attributions" Senator Obama's book Dreams from My Father resembles Bill Ayers' Fugitive Days more than it resembles Senator Obama's own later book The Audacity of Hope.

In an article titled "Barack Obama: Bill Ayers’ Alter Ego," Cashill writes:

The evidence overwhelms the dispassionate observer that semi-retired terrorist Bill Ayers played a major role in the writing of Barack Obama’s memoir, Dreams From My Father.

For those unpersuaded by authorship studies, timelines, parallel themes, matching metaphors, Ayers’ role as neighborhood editor, or Obama’s overnight transformation from struggling hack to literary superstar, allow me to introduce another variable: Obama’s conspicuous channeling of the thoughts and experiences of Bill Ayers into his own presumed autobiography....[full text]

Barbara West Asks about the Skeletons in Senator Obama's Closet

"Obama supporters point out that plenty of Americans flirt with radical ideologies in college, only to join the political mainstream later in life. But Obama, who made a point of noting how 'carefully' he chose his friends in college, also chose to launch his political career in the Chicago living room of Ayers, a domestic terrorist who in 2002 proclaimed: 'I am a Marxist.'

Also present at that meeting was Ayers' wife, fellow terrorist Bernardine Dohrn, who once gave a speech extolling socialism, communism and 'Marxism-Leninism.'"---FOX News (10-28-08)

Last Thursday, a T.V. reporter for WFTV-Channel 9 named Barbara West asked Senator Joe Biden if Senator Obama is a Marxist. Here is the video and commentary about this interview from the Orlando Sentinel (10-28-08). The Obama campaign is retaliating by refusing to give WFRTV-Channel 9 any more interviews with spokesmen from the Obama campaign. In other words, the Obama Campaign doesn't want to be pinned down about Senator Obama's political philosophy. They don't even want to defend Senator Obama's own words. The Obama Campaign calls facts they don't want to talk about "distractions" from the "real issues" that the "American people" care about.

Well, I'm one of the people, and I want to know if Obama is a Marxist.

The O'Reilly Factor (10-28-08) has a transcript of the Biden interview and an interview with WFTV-Channel 9 reporter Barbara West.

Barbara West made Senator Biden pretty hot under the collar, but if you read Senator Obama's book Dreams from My Father and look at his financial support of organizations started by the Maoist terrorist Bill Ayers, the Maoist Mike Klonsky, anti-Semites, and religious radicals like Rev. Wright, this is a perfectly good question.

This money was supposed to be spent to improve the education of Chicago's children, but their test scores did not improve. It appears to have been used to indoctrinate children politically, not to educate them. Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dorhn are terrorists who wrote the revolutionary manifesto Prairie Fire (1974).

A FOX News (10-28-08) article reports on Senator Obama's interest in Marxism as described in his memoir Dreams from My Father and other reporting.

The writer Jack Cashill believes that the Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers may have ghostwritten Dreams.

Senator Obama himself regretted that "the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and sort of more basic issues of political and economic justice in this society."

Listen to Senator Obama's own words.

Senator Obama Channelled Money to His Friends: Communists and Anti-Semites

FOX News (10-27-08) reports:

The Annenberg Challenge and the Woods Fund of Chicago funded numerous controversial groups while Barack Obama served on their boards between 1995 and 2002, an analysis of their tax returns shows.

In 2001, when Obama was a part-time director of The Woods Fund of Chicago, it gave $75,000 to ACORN, the voter registration group now under investigation for voter fraud in 12 states.

The Woods Fund also gave $6,000 to the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ, which Obama attended. The reason for the donation to the church is unclear -- it is simply listed as "for special purposes" in the group's IRS tax form.

It gave a further $60,000 to the Children and Family Justice Center at Northwestern University, which was founded and run by Bernardine Dohrn, the wife of domestic terrorist William Ayers and, with her husband, a former member of the 1960s radical group the Weather Underground.

Other controversial donations that year included $50,000 to the Small Schools Network -- which was founded by Ayers and run by Michael Klonsky, a friend of Ayers' and the former chairman of the Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), an offshoot of the 1960s radical group Students for a Democratic Society -- and $40,000 to the Arab American Action Network, which critics have accused of being anti-Semitic...

When Obama co-chaired the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, which calls itself "a public-private partnership improving education for 1.5 million urban and rural public school students," it gave to some of the same groups -- partnering with ACORN to manage funding for schools and giving over $1 million to the Small Schools Network.

It also gave nearly $1 million to a group called the South Shore African Village Collaborative, whose goals, according to Annenberg's archived Web site, are "to develop more collegial relationships between teachers and principals. Professional development topics include school leadership, team building, parent and community involvement, developing thematic units, instructional strategies, strategic planning, and distance learning and teleconferencing."

But the group mentions other goals in its grant application to the Annenberg Challenge:

"Our children need to understand the historical context of our struggles for liberation from those forces that seek to destroy us," one page of the application reads.

Click here to see the application.

Stanley Kurtz, a Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, found the collaborative's original application when going through Annenberg's archives.

Asked to comment, Yvonne Williams-Kinnison, executive director of the collaborative's parent group, the Coalition for Improved Education in South Shore said, "I don't want to put more fuel on the fire. You can call us back after the election.... I don't want to compromise the position."

Late Afrocentrist scholars Jacob Carruthers and Asa Hilliard were both invited to give SSAVC teachers a training session, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge noted in a report, adding that the "consciousness raising session ... received rave reviews, and has prepared the way for the curriculum readiness survey session."

But Carruthers has been a controversial figure because of inflammatory statements he made in writing.

"The submission to Western civilization and its most outstanding offspring, American civilization, is, in reality, surrender to white supremacy," Carruthers wrote in his 1999 book, "Intellectual Warfare." "Some of us have chosen to reject the culture of our oppressors and recover our disrupted ancestral culture."

In the book, he compared the process of blacks assimilating into American culture with rape.

"We may not be able to get our virginity back after the rape, but we do not have to marry the rapist," Carruthers said.

Hilliard has come under fire for advocating what many consider an extreme Afrocentric curriculum.

He selected the articles for the "African-American Baseline Essays" published in 1987 and first used in the Portland, Ore., school district. The essays have been criticized for claiming, among other things, that ancient Egyptians were the first to discover manned flight and the theory of evolution.

An Obama spokesman called investigation of these ties "pathetic."

"This is another pathetic attempt by FOX News to distract voters from the economic challenges facing this nation by patching together tenuous links to smear Barack Obama," Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt told FOXNews.com.

"The Annenberg Challenge was a bipartisan organization dedicated to improving the performance of students and teachers in Chicago Public Schools that was funded by a Republican philanthropist who was friends with President Reagan and launched by Republican Gov. Jim Edgar."

But Kurtz says those founders of the Annenberg Challenge would not have known the details about to whom their Chicago office -- one of 18 around the country -- was giving money.

"If you read Ayers' proposal to Annenberg, it doesn't sound radical. But if you actually read Ayers' education writings, they are very radical indeed," Kurtz said. "Ayers, like so many other savvy professors, knows enough not to state his actual views frankly when applying for money. But you can find the truth in his writings."

The controversial donations make up only a small portion of the overall amount doled out by the Annenberg and Woods funds. The Woods Fund gave over $3.5 million to 115 different groups in 2001, and the Annenberg Chellenge dispensed nearly $11 million to 63 groups at its height in 1999.

Most of the groups are mainstream and well respected, ranging from the Jazz Institute of Chicago to the Successful Schools Project.

But Kurtz says that this should not obscure what he describes as controversial donations.

"If John McCain had given to white supremacist groups and people said, 'Hey, the majority of funding didn't go to supremacist groups' -- that wouldn't even cut the ice," Kurtz said.

"I feel certain [Obama] knew about these radical groups," Kurtz said. "We know that he read the applications because he made statements about the quality of proposals."

Bill Ayers: Communist, Revolutionary, Terrorist, Bomber, Rapist, Teacher

Terrorist-teacher Bill Ayers, the author of a rape, a communist manifesto titled Prairie Fire (1974), and a book on juvenile justice for young predators called A Kind and Just Parent (1997)

"Now hear how well the Greeks their wiles disguis'd; Behold a nation in a man compris'd."

---Aeneas describing the Greek double-agent Sinon, who manipulated Trojan religious values in order to trick them into pulling the wooden horse into Troy

"By destiny compell'd, and in despair, The Greeks grew weary of the tedious war, And by Minerva's aid a fabric rear'd, Which like a steed of monstrous height appear'd: The sides were plank'd with pine; they feign'd it made For their return, and this the vow they paid. Thus they pretend, but in the hollow side Selected numbers of their soldiers hide: With inward arms the dire machine they load, And iron bowels stuff the dark abode. In sight of Troy lies Tenedos, an isle (While Fortune did on Priam's empire smile) Renown'd for wealth; but, since, a faithless bay, Where ships expos'd to wind and weather lay. There was their fleet conceal'd. We thought, for Greece Their sails were hoisted, and our fears release. The Trojans, coop'd within their walls so long, Unbar their gates, and issue in a throng, Like swarming bees, and with delight survey The camp deserted, where the Grecians lay: The quarters of the sev'ral chiefs they show'd; Here Phoenix, here Achilles, made abode; Here join'd the battles; there the navy rode. Part on the pile their wond'ring eyes employ: The pile by Pallas rais'd to ruin Troy. Thymoetes first ('t is doubtful whether hir'd, Or so the Trojan destiny requir'd) Mov'd that the ramparts might be broken down, To lodge the monster fabric in the town. But Capys, and the rest of sounder mind, The fatal present to the flames designed, Or to the wat'ry deep; at least to bore The hollow sides, and hidden frauds explore. The giddy vulgar, as their fancies guide, With noise say nothing, and in parts divide. Laocoon, follow'd by a num'rous crowd, Ran from the fort, and cried, from far, aloud: 'O wretched countrymen! what fury reigns? What more than madness has possess'd your brains? Think you the Grecians from your coasts are gone? And are Ulysses' arts no better known? This hollow fabric either must inclose, Within its blind recess, our secret foes; Or 't is an engine rais'd above the town, T' o'erlook the walls, and then to batter down. Somewhat is sure design'd, by fraud or force: Trust not their presents, nor admit the horse.' Thus having said, against the steed he threw His forceful spear, which, hissing as flew, Pierc'd thro' the yielding planks of jointed wood, And trembling in the hollow belly stood. The sides, transpierc'd, return a rattling sound, And groans of Greeks inclos'd come issuing thro' the wound And, had not Heav'n the fall of Troy design'd, Or had not men been fated to be blind, Enough was said and done t'inspire a better mind. Then had our lances pierc'd the treach'rous wood, And Ilian tow'rs and Priam's empire stood. Meantime, with shouts, the Trojan shepherds bring A captive Greek, in bands, before the king; Taken to take; [Sinon] made himself their prey, T' impose on their belief, and Troy betray; Fix'd on his aim, and obstinately bent To die undaunted, or to circumvent. About the captive, tides of Trojans flow; All press to see, and some insult the foe. Now hear how well the Greeks their wiles disguis'd; Behold a nation in a man compris'd."---Aeneas describing Greek treachery in Aeneid II

Donna Ron Remembers the Terrorist Bill Ayers

"Be instructed now in Greek deceptive arts: one barefaced deed can tell you of them all!"---Aeneas

"I read occasionally of former Weatherman Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn, both now not only accepted, despite their bombing campaign against America in the 1960s and 70s, but successful, establishment educators whose opinions on social issues are taken seriously. Every time I see Ayers’ name I shudder with fear and rage and realize that I will never be able to erase the mark he left on my life one evening 40 years ago."---Donna Ron

Front Page Magazine (1-4-06) has an article by Donna Ron, who met the Weatherman terrorist Bill Ayers in 1965 when she was a Sophomore at the University of Michigan. Probably you should just read Donna's story about her "friend" Bill Ayers.

Weather Underground's 1974 Revolutionary Manifesto "Prairie Fire"

"Obama and his supporters at first claimed he barely knew who Ayers was, but when public awareness of the connections between Obama and Ayers became too numerous and too strong to deny, Obama's supporters have now begun resorting to a fallback position: that William Ayers wasn't such a bad guy after all, and that it is no shame to be associated with him."--Zombietime (10-22-08) [See also the Zomblog]

Zombietime (10-22-08) reviews Weather Underground's 1974 terrorist revolutionary manifesto Prairie Fire (Hat Tip, Mr. Paine, 10-22-08). The title Prairie Fire is an allusion to Mao's observation in a 1-5-30 letter that "A Single Spark Can Start a Prairie Fire." [See text here.]

Praire Fire was dedicated to, among others, Sirhan Sirhan, the man who assassinated Robert F. Kennedy in 1968.

Be sure to check the links Zombietime includes that document some of Obama's many connections to William Ayers. Zombietime even links to recent speculation by Jack Cashill that Bill Ayers may have helped write Senator Obama's memoir Dreams from My Father.

Senator Obama told us on TV that Bill Ayers is just a professor who lives in his neighborhood. Obviously, the Senator has a lot of contempt for Americans. We can read in the Chicago Tribune (12-21-97) that Senator Obama wrote a laudatory review of Ayers' book on the juvenile justice system, A Kind and Just Parent (1997). We can read on pages 81-82 in Ayers' book that he knew the "writer" Barack Obama.

Jack Cashill observes (10-23-08):

There was a good deal of literary back-scratching going on in Chicago’s Hyde Park. Obama, for instance, wrote a short and glowing review of Ayers’ 1997 book, A Kind and Just Parent, for the Chicago Tribune [See Senator Obama's review on page 5 of the Chicago Review book section on December 21, 1997]. In that same book, perhaps with a self-congratulatory wink, Ayers cites the “writer” Barack Obama [see A Kind and Just Parent, pg. 81-82] as one among the celebrities in his neighborhood. [See a series of articles by Jack Cashill that makes the case that Bill Ayers ghosted Senator Obama's book Dreams from My Father here. Cashill believes that Senator Obama's memoir bears a strong resemblance to Bill Ayers terrorist memoir Fugitive Days. ]

Zombietime (10-22-08) explains:

This essay features many high-resolution scans of quotes and entire pages taken directly from Prairie Fire, which journalists, bloggers and other media members are free to copy and re-post...

This essay only exists to correct and unequivocably debunk claims routinely made by the mainstream media over the last few weeks about William Ayers, his beliefs, and the purpose behind his bombing campaign during the 1970s.

Specifically, when questions arose during the 2008 presidential race about Barack Obama's past associations with William Ayers, many media reports and articles blandly described Ayers as a "Vietnam-era radical" and the Weather Underground as a group that set bombs "to protest against the Vietnam War." Both of these characterizations are demonstrably inaccurate.

Furthermore: Obama and his supporters at first claimed he barely knew who Ayers was, but when public awareness of the connections between Obama and Ayers became too numerous and too strong to deny, Obama's supporters have now begun resorting to a fallback position: that William Ayers wasn't such a bad guy after all, and that it is no shame to be associated with him.

Here are some highlights of the Zombietime (10-22-08) review, but read the whole essay and the comments:

Prairie Fire: The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Imperialism...was written and published in 1974 by William Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn and other members of the Weather Underground. In this slim volume, which functioned as the Weather Underground's ideological manifesto, Ayers declares himself to be a communist, and announces that his group's bombing campaign was intended to start a violent revolution to overthrow the American government...

Ayers was not simply protesting "against" the Vietnam War. Firstly, he wasn't against war in principle, he was agitating for the victory of the communist forces in Vietnam. In other words: He wasn't against the war, he was against our side in the war. This is spelled out in great detail in Prairie Fire. Secondly, and more significantly, the Vietnam War was only one of many issues cited by the Weather Undergound as the justifications for their violent acts. As you will see below, in various quotes from Prairie Fire and in their own list of their violent actions (and in additional impartial documentary links), Ayers and the Weather Underground enumerated dozens of different grievances as the rationales for their bombings -- their overarching goal being to inspire a violent mass uprising against the United States government in order to establish a communist "dictatorship of the proletariat," in Ayers' own words.

Ayers and his co-authors freely brag about their bombings and other violent and illegal acts, and even provide a detailed list, most likely typed up by Ayers himself, of the crimes they had committed up to that point. Ayers' list, scanned directly from Prairie Fire, is shown below. He may have escaped conviction due to a legal technicality (the prosecutors failed to get a warrant during some of their surveillance of the Weather Underground), but this in no way means that Ayers was factually innocent of the crimes. As has been widely reported, after the case against him was dropped, Ayers decribed himself as "guilty as hell, free as a bird."

Just because Ayers tries to appear respectable now doesn't mean that he wasn't a violent revolutionary in the past. In fact, as the text of Prairie Fire shows, Ayers was one of the most extreme extremists in American political history. And as the links given as the end of this essay will prove, Ayers is just as politically radical now as he was back then. He has never renounced the political views he professed in the 1960s and 1970s. The only difference is that now he no longer commits violence to achieve his goals. After his stint as the leader of the Weather Underground, he shifted to a different tactic: to spread his ideology under the aegis of academia. But the goal remains the same: to turn America into a communist nation. Ayers' contemporary writings contain many of the same ideas (and even the same phrases) found in Prairie Fire, just toned down to make them more palatable in polite society...

On page 16 of Prairie Fire, Ayers and his fellow co-authors brag about their numerous acts of domestic terrorism, and provide a handy list detailing not only each crime but in most cases the justification for each crime as well. Note an important detail: Most of the stated rationales for the Weather Underground's violent acts have nothing whatsoever to do with Vietnam. This disproves the ubiquitous media assertion that Ayers and the Weather Underground were "Vietnam War protesters." Also note Wikipedia's list of Weather Underground actions that provides additional details regarding their putative justifications, including bombing a bank "in solidarity with striking Puerto Rican cement workers" and bombing a federal office building due to "the need for women to take control of daycare, healthcare, birth control and other aspects of women's daily lives," among many others which make no mention of Vietnam. Also note that the bombings and other violent acts continued after Prairie Fire was published, and that all the Weather Underground "actions" in 1974 and '75 happened after the United States had already pulled its ground troops out of Vietnam and was no longer an active combatant in the ground war, which would have rendered any Vietnam War protests pretty much meaningless.

AIM Myth Busters Shine the Light on "A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing"

Here is the book American Indian Mafia by Joe and John Trimbach. The book exposes the terrible crimes of the American Indian Movement (AIM)---crimes they mendaciously blamed on others.

The AIM Myth Busters have a new post (reposted below) titled "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing: 9-Year Old Report Exposed as Anti-American Propaganda."

The true history of the American Indian Movement (AIM) leadership is one of violence, mayhem, and the despicable efforts to blame it on others. And so bringing the perpetrators to justice and telling the true story of the American Indian Movement’s crimes against the people of the Pine Ridge Reservation is good news for Indian Country. American Indian Mafia has arguably provided Indian America with the first truthful account of AIM’s rise and fall. But not everyone is happy that the truth is finally seeing the light of day. Particularly bothered are the self-anointed “historians” of the AIM legacy who appear indignant when challenged by the facts. Over the last three decades, the revisionists have come to expect agreement, or at least tacit assent with, a history built on sham research and bound with conspiracy threads. They do not like their version of Pine Ridge history questioned by anyone, even by people who were there.

A good example of adulterated scholarship was provided by Washington-based attorney Paul Wolf. In 2001, Wolf oversaw a report presented to the U.N. Human Rights Commission about alleged civil rights violations against AIM and other dissident groups. Central to Wolf’s arguments were his accusations regarding COINTELPRO, the FBI’s counter-intelligence program originally designed to disrupt the Communist Party’s infiltration of America. While there were some abuses of COINTELPRO in its final years, Wolf’s presentation has proven to be a distinctly unreliable source of information for telling us about it. After reading American Indian Mafia, you’ll see that all of Wolf’s assertions regarding COINTELPRO and the American Indian Movement, for example, are either distortions or outright lies. Also telling, Wolf’s report overlooks the fact that FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover formally terminated all COINTELPRO operations on April 28, 1971, well before AIM violence attracted the attention of federal investigators.

Not surprisingly, Wolf blogged that the facts in American Indian Mafia should be dismissed as the non-specific remarks of an old former FBI Agent. You gotta love that, a civil-rights lawyer in favor of age discrimination. Curious as well, Wolf chose to post his views at Native American blog sites, where Indian Country readers are often critical of fat-cat, white lawyers. (Note to the red-haired attorney from the authors: We know Indians. Indians are our friends. Mr. Wolf, you’re no Indian!)

The problem with Wolf’s report, as he surely must have figured out by now, is that it is mostly propaganda designed to advance a political agenda. Wolf’s credibility is not helped by virtue of his co-authors, among them John Conyers, Cynthia McKinney, and Sheila Jackson Lee, all members of Congress conned into believing in Wolf’s assertions. These politicians take the position that there were massive government abuses enacted against the Black Panthers, a group of extremists from the violent 1960s. Again, while there may have been some truth to the allegations, it is impossible to tell from this highly falsified report.

Want more proof that Wolf’s rant is political horse hockey? Consider that defrocked Professor Ward Churchill lent his expertise in research, and that Left-wing ideologue Noam Chomsky is listed as an unbiased contributor. Wolf howls about everything from the assumed subversion of the press to the plight of “political prisoner” and convicted killer Leonard Peltier. Even Jimmy Carter is implicated in a vast conspiracy to deprive citizens of their rights under the guise of promoting American security. The unsuspecting reader is thus treated to the usual mantra of an all-powerful government subverting the rights of the common man, with solutions founded in rank socialism.

Wolf’s report also proved to be the perfect vehicle from which attorney Bruce Ellison could construct plausible alibis for the murder of AIM member Anna Mae Aquash. This is the same Bruce Ellison who, for over 30 years, has been in the business of blaming the FBI for the crime while skillfully diverting attention away from his own alleged involvement in Anna Mae's murder—nice work if you can get it. Do you suppose the U.N.’s High Commissioner, Mary Robinson, to whom the report was presented, had a clue about any of this? Of course, the real travesty of justice was not the actions of government Agents who faithfully and legally did their jobs. It is rather the legitimacy granted those who practice the same type of dishonesty and recklessness in print they accuse others of having committed in upholding the law.

Wolf did not get very far before another blogger [here] pointed out that he failed to note numerous references to COINTELPRO in American Indian Mafia all of which demolish his arguments. No wonder. Referencing the inconvenient truths in Mafia would have exposed Wolf’s report as the fraud that it is. Wolf and his political bedfellows cannot afford to analyze American Indian Mafia on its merits; that would require far too much honesty and integrity. It appears that so far, Native Americans who are not fooled by the usual AIM smoke and mirrors are among the book’s strongest supporters. They know the truth and they see through Wolf’s sheepish attempts to run from it.

Trick or Treat at Bill Ayers' House

We bought a fat orange pumpkin
The plumpest sort they sell.
We neatly scooped the inside out
And only left the shell.
We carved a funny funny-face
Of silly shape and size,
A pointy nose, a jagged mouth
And two enormous eyes.
We set it in a window
And we put a candle in,
Then lit it up for all to see
Our jack-o'lantern grin.

FOX News O'Reilly Factor reporter Jesse Waters is camped out in front of the home of the communist Weather Underground bomber Bill Ayers. They are asking him questions when he goes into his house. The mad bomber looks like a deer in the headlights. See the playlist video dated 10-24 Talking Points.

Bill OReilly reports that Professor Ayers even called Chicago's "pigs" (police) to defend him from FOX News! And Chicago policemen showed up and walked Billy Ayers to his car for the rest of his groceries so the big bad Fox News reporter couldn't molest him. I remember when the Weather Underground bombed the police.

O'Reilly suggests that Senator Obama admit that he made a mistake and throw Bill Ayers under the bus like he did with Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

UPDATE:

I wondered if FOX would ask Bill Ayers "Who killed the San Francisco policeman Brian V. McDonnell?"

Bill Ayers reportedly told an FBI informant named Larry Grathwohl that the the bomb that killed a San Francisco policeman named Brian McDonnell on 2-16-70 was placed on the window ledge of the Park Police Station by Bernardine Dohrn, who is now Bill Ayers' goulish wife.

Bill Ayers described the bomb that was used and even what kind of shrapnel was used in it. Larry Grathwohl reportedly testified in the Senate about this conversation on 10-18-74.

David Freddoso, National Review Online (8-18-08) writes:

Larry Grathwohl, an FBI mole within the Weathermen, connected Ayers to the planning — and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, to the execution— of a police station bombing in San Francisco in February 1970 that killed one officer and injured two others.

KRON4 (11-10-03) reports from San Francisco:

On February 16, 1970, officer Brian McDonnell is killed when a bomb explodes at Park Police Station...

KRON 4 News has learned that three years ago, San Francisco police secretly re-opened the case. Armed with new forensic technology and with State and Federal agencies helping, SFPD investigators began to work full-time on the murders.

And now, sources tell us, those investigators have identified potential suspects: former members of two militant groups in the '60s and '70s -- the Weather Underground and the Black Liberation Army, people who've been out of the spotlight for decades. The most prominent among them is Bernardine Dohrn, a former leader of the Weather Underground and now a law professor at Northwestern University in Illinois.

Cliff Kincaid (5-8-08) reports:

The Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation authored a 1979 pamphlet on the WUO that reported, "On October 18, 1974, Larry Grathwohl, a former member of the WUO, testified before a US Senate Subcommittee that Bill Ayers, a WUO leader, had told him that Bernardine Dohrn, another WUO leader, had to plan, develop and carry out the bombing of the police station in San Francisco. Ayers told Grathwohl the bomb was placed on the window ledge and he described the bomb that was used to the extent of saying what kind of shrapnel was used in it."

"Bringing Down America" (1976) by Larry Grathwohl

"Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim's stomach! Wild!"---Weather Underground leader Bernardine Dohrn

In 1976, Larry Grathwohl, an FBI informant who infiltrated the terrorist Weather Underground Organization (WUO) in the late 1960s, published a book (as told to Frank Reagan) called Bringing Down America. This book was published a year after Grathwohl testified in the Senate on 10-18-74. [UPDATE: see the Pajamas Media (10-28-08) interview with Larry Grathwohl.]

Bringing Down America describes one of the founding leaders of the violent, communist Weather Underground, Bill Ayers, who was National Education Secretary of the WUO (p. 91). These days Bill Ayers is considered to be an expert on education, but I think his idea of education is political indoctrination.

Mr. Grathwohl also appeared in a 1982 documentary called "No Place to Hide." I have never seen this film. In a youtube video that claims to be a clip from this film, Grathwohl says that he attended a meeting with 25 Weather Underground members who discussed how they would deal with counterrevolutionaries after they overthrew the U.S. government and established a communist dictatorship. [Update--see the transcript of this video at Zombietime (10-22-08) and pasted at the end of this post.]

Grathwohl doesn't identify this meeting, but perhaps it was the famous WUO National War Council in Flint Michigan (December 26-31, 1969).

At Flint, the WUO discussed whether it was acceptable to kill white babies. Bill Ayers' wife Bernardine Dohrn celebrated the Manson murders by raising three fingers like a fork and gloating:

Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim's stomach! Wild!

According to the youtube clip, the WUO planned to set up concentration camps in the Southwest to reeducate Americans who were counterrevolutionaries. Grathwohl said many of these 25 people at the meeting had graduate degrees from universities such as Columbia. What he described sounds a lot like the Wannsee Conference where Hitler and many NAZI Ph.D.s discussed the extermination of the Jews.

Grathwohl asked the Weathermen what they would do with the counterrevolutionaries who could not be reeducated. They would have to be eliminated, the Weathermen said. They estimated that 25 million Americans would have to be eliminated.

Grathwohl said that the Weathermen also expected that communist countries such as Cuba, N. Vietnam, China, and Russia would divide up America and occupy it.

The FBI has an article on the WUO that features a picture Bernardine Dohrn (left). They have also released some documents about the WUO.

UPDATE:

Here is the Zombietime (10-22-08) transcript of Larry Grathwohl's intervew from the 1982 documentary No Place to Hide. Grathwohl describes a meeting of 25 Weather Underground leaders that sounds like Hitler's Wannsee Conference:

I bought up the subject of what's going to happen after we take over the government. We, we become responsible, then, for administrating, you know, 250 million people.

And there was no answers. No one had given any thought to economics; how are you going to clothe and feed these people.

The only thing that I could get, was that they expected that the Cubans and the North Vietnamese and Chinese and the Russians would all want to occupy different portions of the United States.

They also believed that their immediate responsibility would be to protect against what they called the counter-revolution. And they felt that this counter-revolution could best be guarded against by creating and establishing re-education centers in the southwest, where we would take all the people who needed to be re-educated into the new way of thinking and teach them... how things were going to be.

I asked, well, what's going to happen to those people that we can't re-educate; that are die-hard capitalists. And the reply was that they'd have to be eliminated. And when I pursued this further, they estimated that they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these re-education centers. And when I say eliminate, I mean kill. 25 million people.

I want you to imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees from Columbia and other well known educational centers, and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people. And they were dead serious."

Did Bill Ayers Ghostwrite Senator Obama's Memoir?

The Republican Party (10-6-08) is pointing out that Senator Obama has a relationship with the Weatherman terrorist turned teacher Bill Ayers.

UDATE: See an article about Bill Ayers' revolutionary terrorist manifesto, Prairie Fire (1974).

Some websites are also speculating that Bill Ayers helped Senator Obama write his memoir Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance (1995).

A writer named Jack Cashill, who published a 2005 book on intellectual fraud titled Hoodwinked: How Intellectual Hucksters Have Hijacked American Culture (reviewed here), is posting a series of articles questioning the authorship of Senator Obama's Dreams From My Father.

This is a pretty ominous development for Senator Obama because Jack Cashill exposed some of the discredited ex-professor Ward Churchill's frauds in Hoodwinked and subsequently published an article based on excerpts from Hoodwinked called "Little Eichmanns" (6-22-05).

Cashill thinks that Senator Obama's Dreams of My Father bears a striking resemblance to books authored by Bill Ayers' such as To Teach (1993), A Kind and Just Parent (1997), and Fugitive Days (2001).

Below are the articles Jack Cashill has published so far. I am updating this page as more articles are published:

Retired FBI Agents Criticize Senator Obama's Long Relationship with Weather Underground Terrorist Bill Ayers

"The Bill Ayers that Barack Obama and I worked with was no 'domestic terrorist.'"--Professor David Tanenhaus

Professor Tanenhaus "has written extensively about children and the law, including Juvenile Justice in the Making (Oxford University Press, 2004) and co-edited, with Margaret K. Rosenheim, Franklin E. Zimring, and Bernardine Dohrn, A Century of Juvenile Justice (University of Chicago, 2002). He is currently working on the origins and development of federal juvenile justice policy."

His statement above is the title of an article he published in Slate (10-10-08). The terrorist apologist Professor David Tanenhaus is an academic who writes on juvenile criminal justice issues. Incredible.

A number of other academics are also rushing to the defense of the bloody Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers in the name of "free speech." Really they just want to intimidate and demonize people who speak the truth about the crimes of Bill Ayers.

When dishonest academics talk hypocritically about "free speech," I say, "Let's give them a piece of our minds!" Professor Tanenhaus says that the Bill Ayers he and Senator Obama worked with is no terrorist."

I say that politicians and academics who work with the bloody, communist, terrorist, revolutionaries Ayers and Dohrn are collaborators with and apologists for terrorists. If nobody in Chicago thinks working with Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn on juvenile justice issues is anything strange, then I say this just shows the enormous moral blindness of Chicago academics and politicians.

Senator Obama and his attorney wife Michelle Obama contributed to the rehabilitation of Bill Ayers by promoting his 1997 book on juvenile justice, A Kind and Just Parent: The Children of Juvenile Court.

Senator Obama published a glowing review of Ayers' book in the Chicago Tribune (12-21-97); and Professor Tanenhaus reveals that Michelle Obama, "who was then director of the university's community service center, convened a panel at the law school to discuss Ayers' book and the issues it raised."

To "prove" Ayers and Dohrn aren't terrorists, Tanenhaus' nauseating article in Slate (10-10-08) even mentions that the the Ayers-Dohrn crime family bakes gingerbread houses at Christmas. It never occurs to Tanenhaus that the witch in Hansel and Gretel lived in a gingerbread house!

Reading Tanenhaus' report that the Ayers-Dohrn family make gingerbread houses took me right back to the words of that vicious witch Bernardine when she heard about the Charles Manson murders:

Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim's stomach! Wild!

The supposed expert on criminal justice Professor Tanenhaus wants to let bygones be bygones. Is that justice to the people whose lives were damaged or destroyed by Weather?

In the 60s and 70s I studied and taught in Lake Forest, the Chicago suburb where the privileged Bill Ayers had attended the Lake Forest Academy on the grounds of the former Armour estate. (He reportedly transferred to the Lake Forest Academy from a public school after his Freshman year.)

Unlike Bill, I was doing my homework, not drugs; so I remember what was happening during those years. I remember that the sociopath Bill Ayers and his girlfriends were making bombs, not gingerbread houses. [Here is a partial list of the Weather Underground's bombings.]

I remember when Weather made bombs and blew up Judge Murtagh's house on 2-21-70 as his children slept. Bernardine Dohrn took credit for bombing the judge, his wife, and children. No doubt the morally blind careerist Tanenhaus sees how the wind is blowing for Ayers and Dohrn and hopes to protect his own precious skin from the radioactive fallout.

As Tanenhaus' webpage notes:

[David Tanenhaus] has written extensively about children and the law, including Juvenile Justice in the Making (Oxford University Press, 2004) and co-edited, with Margaret K. Rosenheim, Franklin E. Zimring, and Bernardine Dohrn, A Century of Juvenile Justice (University of Chicago, 2002). He is currently working on the origins and development of federal juvenile justice policy.

The terrorist Bill Ayers was a despicable, manipulative young man who thought the rules didn't apply to him. He didn't respect authority; but he bullied, dominated, and denigrated the young people in his circle. He was a predator.

Donna Ron writes from Israel that Ayers bullied her to have sex with his black roomate and his brother by saying that if she refused that she was a racist. The terrorist Ayers told Donna that she was not getting out of the room until she did what she was told:

[Bill] moved quickly to block me at the doorway. He locked the door and put the chain on it. I went to the couch and sat down and told him that I had no intention of having sex with his roommate and his brother or him. He said that I had no choice but to do as he said if I wanted to get out of there. He claimed that I wouldn’t sleep with his married roommate because he was black -- that I was a bigot. I had gone to school with black kids and had them as friends all my life. I couldn’t believe he was saying that to me.

I felt trapped. I had to get out of the situation I was in and because he was so effective a guilt-tripper, I also felt I had to prove to him that I wasn’t a bigot. I got up from the couch and walked over to the black roommate’s bed and put myself on it and he fucked me. I went totally out of my body. I floated beside myself on the outside and above the bed looking at this black stranger fuck me angrily while I hated myself.

After that I had to go lie down on Bill Ayer’s bed for his brother to screw me. Rick Ayers was a decent person, unlike his brother, and couldn’t go through with it He started and stopped and let me go. I also thought I had to let Bill screw me but at that point he unbolted the door and I left.

Donna Ronn, who moved to Israel, described this rape as the "defining event of my life." She returned to the U.S. for a visit after many decades and learned that we had let bygones be bygones:

I...discovered that [Bill] was a Distinguished Professor of Education at University of Illinois Chicago campus. I think that freaked me out more than anything. That a man so cruel and conscienceless could attain such a position enraged me. I contacted him by email through the University’s website. He wrote back that he didn’t remember me.

Because I was 18 and not 8 in the late 60s, I believe Donna Ronn, not Senator Obama's glowing endorsement of "teacher" Bill Ayers' book.

Newsmax 10-14-08 explains that the terrorist-related charges against Ayers were dropped, and he went free because "the FBI used so-called national security wiretaps that could not be used legally in criminal cases." Of course, the Weather Underground did collaborate with communist intelligence services. Some of them even travelled to Cuba and were taught how to use weapons and make bombs. They were fighting for world communism. They were fanatics who said this openly.

Retired FBI agents who investigated the bloody Weather Underground terrorist organization are speaking up about Barack Obama's long and problematic relationship with the terrorist Bill Ayers, a ringleader of the Weather Underground. [Here are Ayers and Dorhn in old video.]

I am so grateful that the retired FBI agents are reminding the public about what went on during those years since some Orwellian professors of criminal justice seem to be on the terrorists' side. The maimed and murdered victims of the communist Weather Underground's terrorist attacks still await justice.

Retired FBI agent Max Noel tells Newsmax (10-14-08):

It outrages me to think that a person would be seeking the presidency of the United States and was close to an individual like Bill Ayers. [See video interview]

Retired FBI agent Willie Reagan, who infiltrated Weather in New York and watched them make bombs tells Newsmax (10-14-08):

I spent seven years of my life hunting down people who described themselves as revolutionary communists and were involved in bombings...At some point, Obama knew of his background and should have repudiated him, not later when he is running for president.

Oliver “Buck” Revell, a former associate deputy director of the FBI who investigated the Weather Underground in Philadelphia and Chicago, tells Newsmax (10-14-08):

In dealing with Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, and the element that they represented, Obama was dealing with individuals who both openly and admittedly have engaged in treasonous activity and violence against the United States...Obama is a bright man, and he’s certainly well read and intelligent...He had to know the background and activities which have been openly described by Ayers...

The relationship says to me that Obama lacks judgment, that he lacks a perspective on what the United States should stand for...It’s appalling that he was even elected to the state Senate in Illinois, but to go from there to a United States senator and then to a candidate for president is astounding.

Academics are finally being confronted by a furious public for lending respectability to the bloody Weather Underground terrorist-turned-teacher Bill Ayers. We don't want our children taught by terrorists. We aren't going to pay for teachers who are bullies, rapists, and bombers. And we aren't going to pay for their defenders, either.

The AP (10-18-08) reports that the Weather Underground bomber Bill Ayers has been disinvited from speaking at the University of Nebraska. Hopefully, this is the beginning of the end for the Ayers-Dohrn crime family.

Ayers had been invited to speak at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln at an education conference Nov. 15, but the school canceled those plans Friday because of safety concerns.

Marjorie Kostelnik, dean of the College of Education and Human Sciences, said the decision was based on e-mails and phone calls the university's threat assessment group had received. She did not describe the communications as threats but said they left officials concerned about safety.

Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman and others had urged the university to rescind its invitation.

"Bill Ayers is a well-known radical who should never have been invited," Heineman said Friday. "The people of Nebraska are outraged."

Although Bill Ayers has written about some bombings, he is quiet about the 1970 bombing in San Francisco that killed policeman Brian McDonnell and badly injured other policemen. Ayers and Dohrn called the policemen "pigs," but I think Ayers and Dohrn are the pigs. They are right out of Orwell's Animal Farm. They believe they are more equal than the rest of us.
